Howard M. Cooper is director of research and head of the Department of Chronobiology  in the INSERM laboratory Stem Cells and Brain Research (Lyon). He has published numerous scientific articles and Circadian Activity Monitoring System has been developed from his extensive experience in the fields of behavior and circadian rhythms.
